Hi everyone,

I am a new real estate investor in the Philadelphia area. I am a complete beginner, though I am clear on my goal - invest $200-$250K in cash (up tp $1M with leverage) in cash-producing rental properties in the area.

If anybody has good resources to get started, or tips, please let me know
