Newbie from Maine

 Hello everyone and good morning,

My name is Elissa. I am new to Real estate and to this site. I am a homeschooling mamma of two. I would love to learn more about how to get started in the Real estate’s market with ‘very’ little money. I was also wondering if there is anyone here in the Maine Real estate’s market? I would love to get some inputs from anyone who understands the Maine market. I also own a home in Florida and would love to invest in Real estate there. I would like to know if it is a good idea to buy in a state outside of where you live?
