Hi, my name is Ethan Anderson. I currently work in outside sales in the Colorado market. My wife and I currently have 1 mortgage free rental property in Colorado Springs. This was an accidental landlord situation, though. We're currently looking for a new property, in the Colorado Springs market, as well. Our strategy is buy-and-hold for the foreseeable future.
