20yr old college student (NJ) about to invest in RE

Hello everyone,

My name is Evan :D I'm a 20 year old college student out of NJ, and I’m currently in the process of looking for my first real estate investment(s). I've been browsing local areas for condos/townhouses/apartments for some time now. The place that I found that is really catching my eye is walking distance from a booming downtown, and walking distance to a major train station that goes directly into NYC in under an hour. I'm in the process of contacting a realtor to go look at the locations with my parents. I'm really excited considering I’m so young. I'm majoring in business management and have been so eager to get out there and do just about anything! You probably couldn't meet someone as young, mature, and dedicated to succeed. I look forward from learning from you all!
