Hello BP. I am 23 years old. I am from New York. I became very interested in real estate about 2 years ago when I came across a couple of shows on HGTV but never pursued it. I've read many books on real estate investing. I also started listening to the BP podcasts and I am ready to jump into real estate investing!
I would love to start but i do not have much money so i was thinking about starting with wholesaling. The problem is that I am a cross country truck driver so I am all over the place! I am trying to save some money so that i can quit my job and jump into investing 100%! If I can't do that then I may start with "House Hacking"
Anyway it feels great to join bigger pockets and I am looking forward to the future!!!!
One question that i do have that no book has mentioned is, do i need to start a "business" (LLC, Corp.) to start investing in real estate?
