Hi everyone,

My english name is Jason Wells. My interest in real estate came from a bad experience with a landlord i had that had me asking the question "is there a better way to do this?". As a result of this, I ended up here after a bit of digging around and i was referred here from "reitips.com". I trained as a computer scientist and now I am a vehicle technician for Avis Rentals in Rotorua, NZ. I have a couple of goals in real estate. the first is to have a rental property by october 2015, the second is to re-educate my parents so they can manage the property they have a little better.
