I'm new to this forum and it has been years since I even utilized a forum but after talks with some recent partners my curiosity got aroused. I am in the Denver area with a new company heavily interested in additional investor partners and seeking creative financing officers and private lenders. I myself am a former mortgage broker that could package a deal like no other, I know for a fact I wasn't the only one, so currently seeking someone who can do better than I could. We are an investment firm. At the moment it is a team of investors, wholesalers, and in the process of hiring a team of acquisition agents. We have our accountants, lawyers, and title agents at our disposal. But we are always looking for more. More investors who would want to get on board, more lenders seeking business.
