Hi, my name is Chris and I am a brand new real estate investor from the Birmingham, AL area.  I am in the process of setting up my business entity and plan to start my marketing efforts in the next couple of weeks.  My initial focus will be on wholesaling.  I have already learned a lot from BP just from browsing the forums and articles, so I hope to learn lots more now that I will be actively participating!
