Hello All,

My name is Lawrence Garrison and I am just starting out as a RE Investor. I am looking to at least complete 4-6 flip, fix, and sell deals in the New Orleans area this year. I am a novice and I welcome all information about how to fix and flip Single Family Residence.

Right now I'm seeking some possible deal financing information and starting a relationship with investors. I am glad to be a member of BiggerPockets, it has truly been a valuable resource.
