Hi From Durham, NC. New to BP not to RE
Hi Fellow BPers! I am a banker by day and investor in my free time. I have bought and held SFR's off and on for 20+ years. I tried owning some 4-plexes and learned a lot from that mistake! I currently have 5 SFR's and am looking to really ramp up my business. My goal is to pay for my kids to go through college and then be able to fund my own fun! I am currently intrigued by the idea of owning a Mobile Home Park. Any advice and war stories would be most appreciated. I love the BP podcasts and am excited about this forum.
