Hey everyone, my name is Siera Hearne. I currently live in the San Luis area and am brand new to real estate. I haven't bought or sold any properties, still trying to find out how I will finance my first plan. I'm looking to buying and renting out homes, starting with foreclosures but not sure what direction to go. Again brand new to this but excited to see where I can take it
