Newbies - From Brooklyn, NY!!
Helloooo, BiggerPockets Family!!
Wanted to introduce ourselves as we are newbies to the site. We have been married for about 5 years and have two fantastic boys ages 1&2.
We are interested in learning more in the areas of buy & hold as well as wholesale. Currently we are looking to build our team. As the saying goes behind every great man there is a great woman. Well, behind every great investor, their is a great team. So we would greatly appreciate any recommendations on attorneys, title agents, accounts, etc....
We are currently located in Brooklyn, NY but we are looking to relocate in the next 24 months as we are noticing complexes are going up on every little ounce of land where modest single family homes once stood.
As newbies we can't play in this big boy league so it's time to get the hell out of Dodge! With that being said we look forward to learning more and generating a ludicrative businesses to finally become free from our W-2's and enjoy that time with our families.
