My name is David and I am brand new to the real estate investing/wholesaling niche. I am very motivated to begin my real estate career in wholesaling.

I am searching for a mentor in the Sonoma County area. My goal is to wholesale a minimum  of 12 deals by December 2015. 

I found Biggerpockets by listening to mention of it in a podcast.
