New member from michigan

Hey there, My name is mike Im 25 living about half hour or so north west of Ann Arbor michigan! Loving BP so far lots of information! I'm a machinist at a steel mill working midnights. Tons of hours and weekends unfortunately not a lot of free time but making it work! Just bought my first house in May of last year, currently trying to re-hab with whatever time I have left over. Can't do much outside, lovely michigan winters :) I plan on selling that home somewhere within the 2year mark and making a profit but meanwhile this summer going to try my hardest to buy a duplex off a guy I know from work on a land contract, then selling the home I live in now for a profit to buy another maybe two. Glad I joined and looking forward to learning more thanks again BP!!
