Hello everyone!

My Name is Nicolas Falbo and just getting started in real estate investing in the Chicagoland area. I am really excited to start this venture and building a business. My 1st step is going to be mastering wholesaling and then moving on from there. Hope to connect with a bunch of you and bounce ideas off each other.
