The new guy.
Hello all. I'm just getting into REI field. It is something that I have wanted to do for quite sometime. Even though I'm new in this field, I have a strong desire to learn as much as possible. As of right now I am learning how to invest in SFH, and also learning how to build my sellers and buyers list. But I eventually would like to start investing in apartment complexes. Like I said before, I am anxious to learn all I can. And I am also glad to be a part of this site.
