Hello! I have had a curiosity about real estate investing for many years. I decided it was just time to jump in and begin to educate myself rather than waiting for "the perfect time".  I participated in a seminar a couple of years ago, but found myself overwhelmed and never pursued it.  My desire to learn and get involved has never waned so I recently started researching and came across the Bigger Pockets site. There's a wealth of information and everyone seems very encouraging.
