Hello everyone.  I am part of a husband-wife team doing buy and hold investing in the Dallas area.  I am interested in doing more wholesaling and syndication or at least multi-family because, well, I'm bored.  Thus, I landed here.  

We run several businesses and our REI business is our most lucrative. We have four solid properties at this point. Looking for the next right thing.
