I have finally decided to get in to the world of real estate. I'm so pumped about multi family properties. I'm probably going to do out of state. I'm glad to see all these members helping each other in anyway possible.

I dont mean to burst your bubble but if you are looking to buy multifamily in Memphis you need to be ultra conservative and careful. Most are in terrible areas and though the numbers will look incredible on paper, it will not really work out like this when you actually do it.
If you have the funds and are set on miltifamily then you will want to look in the Midtown area.
