Hello - I'm a new member and I am already impressed with this info packed site. I like the calculators and the messages and feedback seems very genuine. I look forward to learning more each day. I officially am just starting out today as an investor. I will be researching hard money and many other funding options. I live in San Pedro California, which is part of the Los Angeles area.
