Job Opportunity Need
I'm a college graduate with a degree in Mortgage & Finance and currently hold a broker license for the state of Nevada and California and have an extensive background in the mortgage and financial field. I have been looking for an opportunity to start practising real estate with either a firm or an investor, but most companies are asking that I joining a board of their choice that very expensive for me and carry E&O Insurance., but due to my budget it has been difficult to start my career in real estate mostly due to the large investment it takes to start. As of known I'm looking for an opportunity that doesn't requires at least joining a board that cost $1000 -$1500. Is there any opportunities out there?
