I am new to Bigger Pockets and just wanted to say Hello to everyone out there.  I am a Realtor, General Contractor, and Investor in Chicago and am looking forward to networking with investors throughout the world.  I spend most of my time rehabbing homes and looking for flips for either myself or clients, as well as good rental properties.  I hope to eventually become a well known and sought after luxury home builder in Northern Illinois and I'm looking forward to insightful and intellectual discussions with fellow Real Estate connoisseurs here on BP.  -Marcin
