Hi all,

I am new to bigger pockets and I am looking to invest in real estate. I am also open to partnering with someone in Chicago once we have the same goals.

Thanks
Challenor

Exciting times @Challenor Jack! I know Chi town can be a tough place to get started, but there are a TON of investors there that head over to Milwaukee to find affordable deals, to both fix & flip and to rent!  Try to partner with local investors here in Milwaukee to get started, if you are interested in a more stable beginner friendly market... just my personal opinion.
