New member and newbie to wholesaling in chicago,IL suburbs
Hello everyone!
I’m new to real estate investing, I am from the Chicago, IL suburbs interested in getting started with my first wholesale deal. I am hoping to meet a mentor around my area and build a network of people to help me learn more about wholesaling, and hopefully do business with each other in the future. I have attended a few seminars, read a couple books, and watched plenty of videos on youtube as well as read articles in the internet so far. Very recently I came across this website and it looks like this is the place I've been looking for. Anyway not to make this too long, I am very excited to be here learning from everyone and to get started in this.
