Good Morning, 

I am new to investing and am intent on making this my path to financial freedom and success. I currently own one townhouse and just bought a duplex with great cash flow and equity. I am currently in the military in Virginia but will be getting out and moving to western North Carolina at the end of the year. I am interested in multi family rentals and am looking to start in the mobile home business. My goal is to own a mobile home park or apartment complex in the near future and to never look back on working for someone else!
