Hi, I am Paulen and am in San Antonio Texas where I have been investing for a few years. I have bought, sold, fixed, flipped and am now wanting to expand my knowledge and nerve by going further. Where? who knows, but I would like to begin framing myself for a very comfortable retirement. Would love to connect with local contacts, as well as create more from distances. I've lived practically everywhere so have a pretty good sense about locations.
