New From Michigan - Metro Detroit
Hello everyone!
After attending my first REI workshop I began to scour the internet to learn as much as I could. I happened to land on BiggerPockets and after surfing for 10 minutes I knew this was the place to be. A couple months of reading posts, looking at the resources and watching the vlogs all seemed to come to a consensus, you can read as much as you want but you'll never understand the business until you jump in.
I was lucky enough to pick up a short sale in the area several years ago, rehabbed it and made enough profit to feel comfortable jumping in with all of you big fish. I'm excited to join the BP family and I'll say in advance, it's a pleasure to meet all of you!
