Hello Everyone,

My husband and I have decided to start investing in real estate. We just made an offer for a multi unit (2 units). We will live in one and rent the other. I have been reading books and watching webinars on real estate. Its something completely different than what we are accustomed to but we are really excited. Any tips would be helpful.
