Hi everyone! I'm new to Bigger pockets and like all of you "I'm in it for the money"... I want to start off with maybe a rental property or a flipper. But in order to do this I'm going to need all of your help and knowledge... I don't have much cash flow but have a decent amount of money in a 401K.
