Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

My name is Megan Hanks and I am fairly new to the Atlanta area.  I am interested in buy and hold single family homes in the Atlanta area.  

This site has been the most amazing resource!  I absolutely love the podcasts and the wealth of information that comes with them.  I am finally taking action becoming an active member.

I recently just closed on my first buy and hold rental property.  I took the conservative/safe approach and did so with 20% down and conventional financing.  I'm looking forward interacting with other bigger pockets members and expanding my knowledge about real estate and investing and all the wonderful benefits that come along with it!!

I'm so glad I have found Bigger Pockets!!
