Hello, dear Bigger Pockets community. Let me introduce myself as a new member of the community. I've learnt about this site by listening to audiobook by Brandon Turner "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No or Little Money Down". My experience in Real Estate is absolute zero so far, I do not count reading/listening to several books as an experience. :) My goal in Real Estate is simple - I want to be my own boss and have enough financial freedom via rental cash flow, so that I can spend my time to develop great software (yes, I'm a software engineer by profession :)).

Welcome Maxim!  I'm 2 1/2 hours south of you, but have grandparents in Mountlake Terrace and lived in Lake City for awhile.  You'll love this site for getting real and theoretical experience!
