Hello from California (Investing in my home town of Milwaukee)

Hi Guys,

I'm just starting out and so glad I found this site! I learned so much from just reading the forums, reading the blogs, and listening to the podcasts. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I'm going to start investing in my hometown of Milwaukee soon. 

Also, thanks so the great staff at Biggerpockets. You guys are great and I enjoy reading your articles and listening to the podcasts. The episode about the CA guy investing in Milwaukee really inspired and can't wait to make my first purchase!
