Hello BP Community.  After several years of thinking about real estate investment I'm starting to kick off my preliminary Education in the field.  My primary interest is in acquiring Rental Properties to help secure my family in the long term.  

In the next year my focus is learning the industry and absorbing as much as possible before purchasing my first unit.  Open to single, duplex, or quad, but time will tell.
