Bonjour fellow investors. My name is Bradley Tupe and I'm 28. I've lived in the area for a few years and become incredibly interested in real estate once I met a few broker buddies. For a long time, I saw real estate as one of those things I'll get to one day when I have the discipline to learn it. Once I came across the bigger pockets youtube channel, I began the lifelong vow to kick myself everyday for waiting to learn about this. Its definitely time I get into this and meet some of you wonderful people. I can't wait until I'm comfortable with this. Buying rental properties sounds the most interesting to me as I want to build passive income but I'm a sponge in this field so I'm open to any knowledge.
