Good morning all.  My name is Josh.  I have moved around quite a bit over the past 15 years, but currently live in the greater Austin area (Leander).  Since I move so much, my strategy for the past several years has been to purchase a home wherever I go, then rent the property when I leave.  I am currently on my second property.

In more recent history, I have decided that I would like to get more into real estate investing as a tool to generate increased cashflow for now and amass wealth for later.  My current focus is on multi-family buy and hold properties, but I am relatively new, so I am not sure which direction I will end up going.  For now, I will continue to educate myself on the various facets of real estate investing.  I look forward to learning all that I can from this site and its members.

Have a great day!

Josh
