Hello Everyone

I have about 6 years experience as an investor and began in landlording. I took an interest in residential commerical apartment complexes now I'm looking for wholesale properties to flip in the Baltimore/Washington DC METRO area.

I'm seeking full rehab jobs, partial rehab, and any type of properties townhomes, sfh, row homes, etc.

Would appreciate if anyone could direct me to some great resources for wholesale property deals.
