Just getting started on Bigger Pockets in San Diego

Hi Everyone!

My name is Tanya and I am currently living in San Diego, CA. I am quite new to Bigger Pockets and started my account last week. Boy do I have to say, that this is the most brilliant website for Real Estate. I am so impressed with how many active people that are on Bigger Pockets. I have read over 30 forums since I started last week and there are so many people that offer something different that we can all learn from. 

Currently I am buying and holding. I am always open to suggestions, because there is always something I can learn from. I also just started looking into Buying and Flipping so if anybody knows any great courses, please let me know.
