I have approx 36 employees finding properties that are priced at 50% of market value and below.
I have methods of turning these properties in less than 30 days.
I do not enter into any of these investments unless the risk is extremely low.

The last deal I did had a 1900 % ROI
I'm working on one now that should Net 100% in under 30 days.

I have over 9 years investing and am on a roll that will not stop. At this time I'm becoming more involved in teaching people. It's important to give back. As Zig Zigalr said "You can have everything you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want"

Of course I'm always seeking Investors That are interested in Profit Sharing.

I also have a marketing center that finds Real Estate and Business notes.
I am also looking for Investors that are interested in buying notes at discount either for resale or to hold.

I just recently started the note buying business last month and it is taking off like a rocket. I think it has to do with the fact that I have paid my dues in the school of hard knocks and am now able to move on an idea with lightning speed.

I'm always open to calls about anything I always answer my own phone for now but I'm sure in the very near Future I will be neeeding 3 to 4 secretaries to screen my calls.
