hi every one my name is Desiree Boston from Pembroke Pines, Florida, and am new to Real Estate Investing. Am very nervous with the whole real estate business but I am willing to learn the ropes, so any words of advise will be greatly appreciated.

Take a daily action daily! That's my biggest thing that keeps me going if I'm feeling down. Even if its just collecting leads from craigslist, designing a postcard, making an offer, cold calling leads it will help to keep you moving forward.

The gurus have their expensive classes and they claim its because they want you to have this feeling of being committed. Well, doing something each day will keep you committed just as much, if not more, than the $40k on credit cards for that one class.
