Hello everybody!  I am new to Delaware and new to investing but I am hoping I can meet some great people who know the area and are willing to help get me started. I am 40 years old and have dreamed of investing in Real Estate for 20+ years. I've never had the nerve to actually do something about it because I never knew where to even start. Now that I am older I am realizing I don't want to let my dreams slip away. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks to all that reply!!
