My husband and I have been to some of those "seminars" in the past but did not have the thousands of dollars they required. I've recently stumbled across two other online offers. One of course asks for three monthly payments. The other I didn't proceed that far but also came across biggerpockets. I'm hoping this will be the last.
I've read where people were referencing to subject to: could somebody please explain to me what this means?
Thanks in advance and I look forward to bring a part of what appears to be a very authentic, no holds barred, community.
So to say I am a little overwhelmed may not be enough. Where and how to begin?
BP is full of useful resources such as forums and blogs. Welcome to the Bigger Pockets community-be sure to check out all the awesome BP blogs under “Learn.”
Here is a link to explain: "subject to."
The "search box" at the top right hand side of this site is quite helpful.
Hey @Account Closed welcome to BiggerPockets! I second the fact that this site is authentic. But of course, you will figure it out once you go around it. For starters, check out the podcasts. :)
