Hello BP - Just joined from Denver, CO area!

Longtime podcast listener, first time forum author.  It's exciting to be in the same general area as the founder and creator of BP - Denver, CO.  I'm a Broker Associate with Keller Williams along with my wife and real state partner Sandy.  We have big plans to grow our business which also includes a personal real estate investment portfolio, getting proficient at consulting with our clients who want to invest in real estate and also working with more investors who want to buy and hold or buy and flip.  We did several flips when we lived in St.Louis prior to moving to Colorado.  I LOVE the BP podcast and hope to learn lots more here on this forum.  I hope to find ways I can contribute and add value here as well.
