We have a buyer in Colorado who wants to buy land - they do not want to do a construction loan - they just want to purchase the land but need to finance it. We have directed them to FirstBank because we understand they will lend on land. Any other suggestions?

Have your folks tried First Bank? They have a portfolio program that usually will help buyers who have some interesting financials. Just a thought. Another idea might be Community Banks of Colorado. I know they have an portfolio product as well, although not sure of the terms. They might be worth a call. I hope this helps

Looking for a creative lender to fund a primary residence in Colorado for a client. A few unique circumstances have them hitting roadblocks. Don't want hard money per se. Who can you recommend?

Longtime podcast listener, first time forum author. It's exciting to be in the same general area as the founder and creator of BP - Denver, CO. I'm a Broker Associate with Keller Williams along with my wife and real state partner Sandy. We have big plans to grow our business which also includes a personal real estate investment portfolio, getting proficient at consulting with our clients who want to invest in real estate and also working with more investors who want to buy and hold or buy and flip. We did several flips when we lived in St.Louis prior to moving to Colorado. I LOVE the BP podcast and hope to learn lots more here on this forum. I hope to find ways I can contribute and add value here as well.
