Hi all, 

I've been a member of our local REIA for about 2 years. I am still a newbie, very cautious, don't have lots of time for this. I like education, and am one of those who will know lots of stuff while still being naive before I ever buy a piece of real estate. :/ BUT, I hope I'll change that soon.

I'm interested in building replacement income through real estate - buy & hold, flip, small multis or perhaps some small storage/commercial.
