Title Insurance
Hello, I started this form to introduce myself as a new member and how I can those in the RE industry.
I work in title insurance for New York Underwriter. We are a fast growing company that currently operates only in New York State. We are in the midst of expanding on a national level.
My premiums are filed with the state at lower rate than all other title insurance underwriters. I don't charge buyers/borrowers for ancillary fees. This allows my clients to save 20-40% on title charges. That's real money back into their pockets. Hence: BiggerPockets
