All around newbie from lancaster pennsylvania

hello everybody, my name is Scott. Just signed up for biggerpockets to help gain valuable knowledge in the real estate and landlord topics. I don't know a whole lot about anything and I've been doing a lot of homework. Hoping to be ready to start advertising my first property soon. Any advice for somebody starting out would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
