Hey everyone...and Happy Father's day to those dad's out there in BP land.
My name is Juanita and I wished I had started in real estate 15yrs ago, I've been sitting on the sidelines too long. I am looking to rehab and flip approx. 3 properties per year and buy and hold 10-15. Too ambitious...ahh well I'm going for it. I just want to share my experiences, help some people, and improve my future wealth. Umm I forgot all I was supposed to share but any questions just ask.
