Newbie in NYC -->Looking to invest near Charlotte, NC

Hi All!

My name's Dean and I am excited to get started on Bigger Pockets. I am a sales executive in NYC and I am looking to work with my brother who lives in Charlotte, NC to begin some buy and hold rental investing there. Interested in single and multi-family properties in that area to begin this journey! 

Any advice is welcome and definiitely interested in connecting with people familiar with the market!
