New to Grand Rapids Real Estate Investing

Hi my name is Rachel and I'm just getting started in real estate investing in the Grand Rapids area. I love the Bigger Pockets podcasts and I am a huge fan of Sean Terry & Tom Krol. I'm just getting started in wholesaling (I have been helping do bird dogging and marketing for my mentor) and I would eventually like to get involved with buying/flipping and buy & hold investment properties.

When/where are the best REIA meetings?

Also, can anyone recommend a title company who is well versed in double closings and assignments?
