What's up Bigger Pockets?
I have been lurking around for several weeks and I must say that this site is an amazing resource for learning REI. I am new to the game as I have not done any deals yet, but I am excited about getting started.
My goal is to flip a house to get some experience under my belt. I have some limited access to cash, but in the "analysis paralysis" phase and hoping to get over the hump soon.
I have read most of the education areas of the site and listened to 30+ podcasts. Now I am ready for next steps.
